Take this pain in the neck process and make it into the easiest part of your job with our three easy steps. Setup Your Company First, set up your Company. We can store Contacts, Permits, Vehicles and more. Keep names, contact information, account numbers, login usernames and passwords, VIN numbers, expiration dates, all together in one organized, secure place! Once the initial set-up is completed, you’ll never have to do it again, and you’re ready for step 2. Enter Your Trip Data We offer you lots of different ways to enter data. You can still manually key in each Trip Sheet, or you can upload data created by ELD’s, fuel vendors, or routing and dispatch software. We are already compatible with ELDs from KeepTrucking, GeoTab, Trimble, Omnitrax XRS, and other names (big and small) you know. If you already have a vendor sending you data, let us know and we can customize an upload or API to make this part of the process even faster and easier! Once the data is in, you’ll be ready for Step 3. Prepare Your Tax Returns Once your Company is set up and your Trip Data is entered, prepare your tax returns (both IFTA and Weight Distance) by running Diagnostics to spot the audit flags hidden in the numbers. The system will highlight problems in your data like gaps, missing states, MPG and it will help you make the necessary corrections.
